What the operator may do with the data

Collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update (amend, change), retrieve, use, transfer (provide, give access), anonymise, block, delete and destroy — with and without automated means.

Who the data may be passed to

• smart_toyLanguage-model providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Cerebras (USA), and through OpenRouter DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi (China), Gemini, Grok — so the employee can prepare an answer. You consent to the cross-border transfer of the data needed for the answer. Requests to the providers may pass through proxy servers outside Russia. List of providers
• open_in_newThe Steel cloud browser (USA) — when the employee works on websites on your behalf.
• terminalDaytona cloud sandboxes (USA) — when the employee runs a program or builds a file on your behalf: the data and files needed for it go there. This is a cross-border transfer.
• keySign-ins to websites that you save yourself for the employee's browser work are kept by us encrypted and are passed only to the cloud browser while it signs in to that site. You can delete them at any time with «Sign out everywhere».
• shieldThe hosting provider just-host.ru and Yandex Cloud (file storage) — both in Russia.
• keySign-in services Yandex ID, VK ID, Mail.ru — if you sign in with them.
• forumMessengers and services you connect yourself (Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, Google, Yandex, Mail.ru, Instagram, Facebook, CRMs) — to the extent of what you asked the employee to do.
• insightsYANDEX LLC — if Yandex Metrica is enabled on the site: for visit statistics, on the operator's behalf.

Duration and withdrawal

The consent lasts while you have an account and for 30 days after it is deleted, or until you withdraw it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@anyworker.ai with the subject «Withdrawal of consent to personal-data processing». We will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records). The service cannot work without processing data, so withdrawing consent means deleting the account.
