What you get

Access to the platform where you create AI employees, connect them to your channels and automate repetitive work. How much access you get is set by your plan.

The unit of billing is an action. An action is one step of an employee's work: an answer to a customer, a search across the knowledge base, a write to the CRM, a step of a chain. Heavier models and more complex chains spend more actions per step.

Who may use it

The platform may be used by people aged 18 or over with full legal capacity, and by companies and sole proprietors through their representatives. By registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you may act for it.

What you are responsible for

• verified_userThe lawfulness of the data you upload to the knowledge base, and your right to use it.
• ruleThe instructions you give an employee. The employee carries them out — including the wrong ones.
• keyThe access you grant: a connected CRM or messenger acts in your name.
• blockNot using the platform for spam, deception, or anything prohibited by applicable law.

What we are responsible for

We keep the platform running, store your data in isolation and warn you about planned work. We do not guarantee that a model will never be wrong — it is a statistical system, not a reference book.

infoWhich is why approvals exist in the product: when a decision falls outside the limits you set, the employee stops and asks you. Set the limits — and it will not promise a customer more than it should.

Intellectual property

The platform itself — its code, interface, design and name — belongs to its owner. The material you upload, and the text an employee writes from it, stays yours: we make no claim on it and do not use it outside your account.

Personal data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy. Consent to personal-data processing is a separate document: you give it in the cabinet together with accepting these terms. Consent to personal-data processing

Suspension and account deletion

• blockWe may suspend access if the account is used for spam, fraud or any other unlawful activity, and will tell you at the account email.
• logoutYou can delete your account at any time; data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or data held by services you connected yourself. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid over the last twelve months. These limits apply to the extent the law allows and do not take away a consumer's rights under the Russian consumer-protection law.

Payment and refunds

A plan is paid for once, for the term you choose; there are no automatic charges. Unused actions do not carry over to the next period.

1. 1No automatic renewalThe plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. The next period is paid for separately — with «Extend» on the Billing page. If it is not paid, the cabinet closes a day after the period ends, until payment. Your data stays.

The grounds, procedure and timescales for a refund are on their own page, “Refunds”, which also prints the request form and covers a charge made in error.

Changes

If we change the terms materially, we give 30 days' notice by email and in the product. A new edition takes effect for you when you accept it in the cabinet; until you do, the cabinet is unavailable.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. If a dispute arises, write to us first at info@anyworker.ai — we answer a claim within 30 days. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to court under Russian law; a consumer may sue at their place of residence.
